Welcome to Cue Arr! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cue Arr’s websites, mobile applications, QR code services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Cue Arr.

Cue Arr collects, uses, and protects personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

By using our Services, you consent to such collection and use. Your data may be processed and stored in Canada or other jurisdictions where Cue Arr or its service providers operate.

Cue Arr provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that all QR code links will always function as intended. Cue Arr is not responsible for third-party content or websites you may link to.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cue Arr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Cue Arr in the past 12 months, or (b) CAD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cue Arr harmless from claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, unless binding arbitration is required by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

Cue Arr may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of Cue Arr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
